Crocs fit oddly. I usually wear men's shoes that are US size 9 or 9.5. With regular Crocs I wear a men's 8 and a women's 10 and they are roomy. I have Croc's Bistro in men's size 8 and women's size 10 and they fit much better than regular shoes. I'm happy with the fit as they're a bit tighter even with socks, but they're definitely smaller than the regular Crocs model. In general, they no longer look like big rubber clogs, but like ordinary shoes. Also, I love these shoes. The non-slip bottom is really effective, much more effective than regular Crocs. Since my feet don't sweat, the lack of holes doesn't bother me even with thick socks, although I see how this affects people differently. The lugs on the sockliner feel a little less noticeable than regular Crocs, but that's no big deal. For comfort? 9 out of 10. I don't have any weird foot problems, I can wear them all day and feel great. There are probably other shoes on the market that can be compared, but the Revain is under $40 and I'd rather replace it a few times a year than pay over $100 for a single pair of work shoes . -wise? You wear rubber clogs. Again, they're a little lower than regular Crocs, and the lack of holes makes them even less obnoxious. But I don't wear them because of fashion trends. If you need a very slip resistant waterproof shoe that protects your toes these are perfect. I wouldn't trust them on ice but they are perfect for slippery indoor floors. The back strap keeps them on their feet when climbing stairs. I still have a pair of regular indoor and outdoor Crocs, but they're great for work. They are a marvel of function, not form. The back near the heel is low so if you work really wet sloppy all the time your feet can get wet that way. This is the only criticism I can think of for them, and Crocs should look into developing a model for people who do this type of work.
