Review on 🔊 Metra 82-3006 6 to 6-3/4 inch Speaker Adapter for GM Multi 2005 and Up by Deshaun Fisher

I didn't want to make an ab plate for my 2013 Silverado so I took a chance and went for these. They fit easily into my Image Dynamics CXS 64 speaker (cutout size 5-5/8"). If your drivers are heavy, be sure to add extra screws/rivets as these are designed to go directly in place of the standard speaker and only have one bolt.I used an NVX muffler on my doors and quick stinger rings to channel some of the sound.FYI if you have an extended cab like me they won't fit the rear doors as the speaker is a different size and shape, you will need to either cut out the factor speaker or make an ABS/MDF adapter.
