Perfect fit for 07 Tahoe

Fits perfectly on my front and back doors on my 2007 Tahoe. I added a silicone bead prior to installation to dampen plastic to metal vibration noise. Makes installing secondary speakers an easy task. Installed 6.5 coaxial speakers in all 4 doors.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Make sure they fit your application

These mounts look nice but unfortunately they don't fit the Chevy Sonic I was planning to use them on. Pay close attention to the application you intend to use it for. Chevy appears to have developed several different mounting options for different vehicles.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Frequency

Excellent speaker installation product

Shipping was fast and they work great. I used my dremel to remove the parts to mount the 6 3/4 speakers and mounted my wife's 2017 Sierra back doors nice and tight. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their OEM speakers. For information, I have included several speakers from the Kicker 6 3/4 DS series.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Compatibility

Good price, does the job

Used on a 2010 Chevy Cobalt, does the job and is good value. A few things that would make this product even better: 1) A good double sided foam tape on the side that touches the door frame would be really nice. 2) Includes 8-16 screws that are the correct 1/2 inch length for each speaker to mount to. Will definitely buy again if needed.

Pros
  • Lots of good vibes
Cons
  • Available in white only

Suitable for speakers, but.

I have installed 6.5" infinity mouthguards with these adapters and they fit very well, the speaker holes fit nicely into the adapter holes. But once installed in the door, the end opposite the screw is not fully seated. I had to use gasket glue to keep the adapter from rattling. Next time I'll just reuse the factory speaker and cut it out to match the new speaker.

Pros
  • 1 year trial
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Fits Image Dynamics CXS 64

I didn't want to make an ab plate for my 2013 Silverado so I took a chance and went for these. They fit easily into my Image Dynamics CXS 64 speaker (cutout size 5-5/8"). If your drivers are heavy, be sure to add extra screws/rivets as these are designed to go directly in place of the standard speaker and only have one bolt.I used an NVX muffler on my doors and quick stinger rings to channel some of the sound.FYI if you have an extended cab like me they won't fit the rear doors as the speaker…

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Unfashionable

Fits Chevy Cobalt

I have a 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt and everyone knows there is no speaker adapter for this car. After doing a lot of research I decided to buy them anyway and see what I could do instead of modifying original GM speakers to accept aftermarket speakers. When they arrived I installed my speakers in adapters and went to put them in the door. The holes lined up perfectly, but the adapter didn't quite fit the door. All I had to do was take the Sawzall and cut out one side of the bracket (different on…
