Accurate moisture measurements!
We used it on a house that was flooded 3 weeks ago. The readings appear to be very accurate which wood studs require longer drying times than others. I'm no expert, but I've found that wood studs with around 7.5% moisture seem to have good moisture levels and those with 16+% still hold plenty of moisture. They need extra days to dry before being covered again. The alarm works great when higher humidity is detected. Very happy with this product!
