Relatively easy to put together - although it wouldn't make much of a difference in the packaging if it came already assembled and would save you driving 10 tiny screws - and a strong, springy handle. Defects? The end caps aren't adjustable, so the iPad Pro (10.5-inch) gives you a lot of free space in the rear-facing bracket, which is inconvenient when you're trying to make the most of the surrounding space. I would like them to make end caps in a variety of common tablet sizes or easily adjustable. Overall good product.
