This printer is good for super rich people who can afford ridiculous ink prices and can afford to throw it away when they finally get the money. the dreaded error code 092-320 or one of the many error codes these machines are known for. Support is not helpful with these errors and only suggests using the original ink, replacing the ink, or replacing the drum. Yes, I have tried all the above steps but the device is still throwing error code 092-320. The error cannot be corrected. The Phaser 6600 has a very similar known issue with DTC 092-670. Xerox mainly sells $500 printers and $500 toner kits, which still break and become disposable printers. Do not buy.
