It's easy for my organization which is big from different parts of world (United States - North America; United Kingdom-Europe) in order not only get all services but also provide our customers best support! Our customer service team speaks several languages including Spanish so it helps me when I'm working remotely or doing business meeting outside US office hours.- Nothing as such just great experience dealing with people who understand your needs well enought!! They are extremely professional and know their stuff. I had a very difficult recovery of an old server which took days to fix. The support was great and really helped me understand what went wrong and how to resolve it. It's a great team and I would definitely recommend them for any business needs. Nothing at this point. I am still waiting for my bill but they are great people and I am sure everything is taken care of.
