Review on HONGTEYA by Alan Brewer

My time spent with the HONGTEYA business exemplifies the epitome of the word "disappointing." Their assertions that their products were both affordable and of high quality were completely false! The merchandise I bought was poorly made and fell apart in less than a week after I got it. When I called the customer support number, I received pre-programmed responses and no empathy from the representative. It is abundantly obvious that HONGTEYA places a higher priority on producing the maximum number of products possible than it does on ensuring that the needs of the customers are met. Their website is a mess, with items that aren't essential and navigation that's hard to understand. Don't let yourself be duped by their empty assurances; instead, save yourself the hassle and go shopping somewhere else.
