Fits perfectly! I'm 5'3 and 150 pounds and ordered the X-Large. It slipped easily over my bathing suit and fit comfortably, making me slimmer. I bought this for a trip to the Bahamas in May and it was very light weight and kept me cool in the water and warm in the water. It was also easy to take off, non-sticky and easy to take off like some wet swimsuits. I felt very comfortable in it, for someone with a small stomach you couldn't tell with this slim design. I've worn it twice and it's still in good condition, there are no rips or tears in the fabric.
