Review on 🔊 Kenwood KFC-1666S 6.5" 2-Way Car Coaxial Speakers - Pair with Sound Field Enhancer, delivering 300 Watts of Powerful Sound by Dave Goodman

I installed 4 of these on my 2007 Honda Element about 3 weeks ago. They fit well and, with the help of the correct wiring harnesses, rebuilt the Honda plugs (which cost $8 for the plugs) with no problems. I had to drill different holes but the plastic was tough and forgiving. Note the length of the drill bit, you only need a depth of about 0.5" - there's a window mechanism in there somewhere. The sound is rich yet precise, with clear highs and a full mid-range. The bass is tight and not overly dramatic. You won't hear the rattling bass of the door from them - that's what a subwoofer is for. I am shocked at the quality for the low price. They give me a satisfactory representation of my music (mostly acoustic/vocal). Overall, they reproduce the rich, full sound of much more expensive speakers.
