This tape provides good cushioning on the handlebars and is easy to install. It doesn't have an adhesive backing as the description says, but it seems to stick well enough when you wrap it. Also, I didn't remove the old tape as it was very thin and this gave the bar extra support for the new tape. So far the band seems to be staying in place quite well after a few rides with no gaps from hand pressure. Each roll has enough tape to wrap around one side of the handlebar as long as you overlap each wrap by about a third. , and since there's no glue, it's easy to rewind when needed. WARNING: This tape tears easily so be careful how much you stretch it. It broke on the right side above the hood so there is a slight bulge where I had to glue and re-wrap the broken end. You can see it in the photo. I recommend this product.
