The integration of our CRM system has been a huge benefit for us. We have had multiple integrations in the past but this one was by far the most seamless. There were some bugs that we needed help resolving quickly which they did promptly. If there's anything I can think of, please don't hesitate to ask. They are very quick to respond and do what it takes to get things resolved as soon as possible. Our biggest challenge right now is keeping track of leads within our CRM and then moving them into our sales pipeline once qualified. This helps ensure lead flow throughout the organization.
