First off, this thing looks like a 5-year-old grabbed it with materials found on the garage floor. I had to wash my hands twice after touching the packaging material. Once when unpacking, and the second time I was looking for a part holding this backrest that wasn't in the box. I go to Lowes and look for something to take his place. Edit: The chair itself is fine. I ended up not looking for a spare to hold up the back because I like it the way it is. The manufacturer contacted me and offered a refund or replacement which was nice but not required.
