I recently bought a sous vide and decided I needed a vacuum sealer now. I've always wanted fruits and veggies sealed in individual servings or prepared for one meal. The purchase of Sous Vide rounded off the deal. It was Prime Day and I thought it was a good time. I ordered this device and it arrived quickly and well packaged in the manufacturer's box. It had all the items listed: several pouches in two sizes, a pouch roll, a cutter (working fine, good and sharp) and an extra seal. I was very excited to use it and decided to add strawberries to individual servings. The scale was a selling point for me and it worked great! Has many weight settings. The process was very easy. Please note that if the juice/liquid from meat/fruit/vegetable gets on the inside of the top of the bag where it is sealed, you need to wipe it off, otherwise it will not be sealed properly. It was pretty good compared to others I watched their review videos for, so that made me happy too. I've made three packs in a row with no problems. I had good suction and everything happened quickly, just a few seconds. So far I'm very happy with my purchase for how well it works and how easy it is. I also like the look of the car, another selling point for me. It fits perfectly with my decor. Overall I recommend this product and will update if my opinion changes with continued use.
