Review on Geeni Smart Filament Candelabra Compatible Assistant by Adam Noorzay

Bought 3 packs. 12 bulbs. One of the lights is off, the others work fine. I put another bulb in the same lamp, everything worked. I went to the service center to replace the lamp. They insist that I check and change the settings on my router even though all of their other lightbulbs are working fine. Clearly the problem isn't with the router if all other lightbulbs are working, and the problem isn't with the device if another of the same lightbulb is working. I wanted to replace the lightbulb to replace the one that didn't work but they insist I reprogram the router which I don't want to do.
