3rd pair of boots! I usually wear the 6 inch tobacco safety sock on this model, but I chose the 8 inch dark brown and my feet fell in love with them all over again. Tried the red wings at a local shop and wasn't impressed. For less than $250, this is a great option that can't be beat! Made in America, unfortunately with *some* "global components". I will continue to buy them as the last 2 pairs have lasted 3-4 years. I really wish they were 100% made in the USA and paid more for boots that were 100% made in the USA. Your LEGS WILL THANK YOU. Also try to oil them even if they are waterproof out of the box. This extra step will prevent concrete dirt, some oils and other dirt from sticking to your boots.
