I didn't know what to expect from binoculars advertised as 'kids binoculars'. However, having an Autosports pair of binoculars for myself I thought it was worth trying as I have several grandchildren who enjoy using mine. I am very happy with it. They appear to be long-lived; withstands handling by children while providing a good grip for small hands. The binoculars are self-focusing to provide a clear view from 1.8 to 20 feet away, and there is no need for children to try to focus on objects. They offer a good view of the birds in our garden shed. The binoculars come with a carrying case, a lens cleaning cloth and two straps - one for the wrist and one for the neck. They come in multiple colors; I got the black one because the grandkids want them to be like mine. Several of my grandchildren have already given their consent. :)
