When I received the product, the box was packed in a plastic bag. When I opened the box, the lid of the container was not properly closed. It was like it wasn't screwed down properly and the top was a little open. I opened the container and after seeing the contents I didn't dare to use it because it had a strange spongy texture and didn't look like a real product. I've bought Andalou products in stores and online on their websites, that's how I like it. their products (it takes a long time to buy their products from their website and that's why I did it through Revain) and have bought shower gel/hair products from Revain but I won't be buying any face products, maybe other products for that matter. because I felt that the product had been tampered with and even spoiled. Unfortunately I can't get a refund, but buyers beware.
