No it doesn't come with a horn button and no doesn't come with hardware. Go to Home Depot and spend $2 on flat head Allen bolts. Way sturdier than my previous momo 350mm. Carbon fiber is laid smooth, even, and the finish clear looks great. Overall, I am more than satisfied. This wheel could be listed for $200 and I would still buy it again! I have it mounted in my 1977 280z (no power steering / stock wheel size is 380mm) and even with the significantly smaller steering wheel I have no issues.

Very smooth surface and this material and design is new trend in the market

Cons

The carbon fiber material can get too hot to touch during hot weather
