They fit well (as expected) and once laced up were comfortable in the kayak all day. When I'm done cleaning the kayak/fish I throw all my fishing gear and shoes in the washing machine, do a delicates wash with Woolite/fabric softener and then hang dry. Not shoes. She lies down on the floor. The shoes come out perfect every time and are dry the next morning. I have other Columbia fishing shoes that are not as comfortable as this one. I would buy them again without a doubt.
