I have 2 installed on my Lexus NT200 and they meet my expectations. I use one to store my purse in the passenger seat and can fold it back when I have a passenger. Another stands behind my seat to hold groceries or takeaways. They hold the bag well and prevent things from falling out of the bag. Note that the hole for attaching to the headrest bar is about half an inch and is sufficient for easy attachment to the headrest bar. The headrest stem must be no more than half an inch in diameter. I was afraid it might break, but everything went well. Once on it is very safe. I'm taking off a star for durability because I'm not sure I can take it off without breaking it. Overall I am satisfied and it does what I bought it for.
