Five stars: Replacement water filter in the jug
Tasty water and easy to use! After some use you need to add something. The first filter worked great. There is no second filter. I had to constantly disassemble the jug, shake the filter and reassemble. This is time consuming and annoying. Obviously filters can clog or not let water through when the particles in the filters are wet. However, I would like to point out that the water in my area is hard.
