Enlightenment: Trailer accessory

As others have pointed out, first impressions are that they are a little thin. However, I immediately took it apart and the LED light engine looks pretty good. The cables leading to the motor are perfectly encapsulated, it is less noticeable when the two plastic parts of the housing are encapsulated. I smeared the case joint with silicone and assembled it. I'm sure you all know this, but the outer case doesn't need to be waterproof, unlike the light engine mounted inside. My two cents is that the real problem with water damage is that the drain holes at the bottom of the outer case are very small. Half of the mayfly around my parts is clogging the drain hole and preventing the case from draining. If the body doesn't drain the water, the alternator will eventually leak some water. Although I diligently drilled a drain hole, I decided to see how they drain for now. When I opened this review the plastic was a bit flimsy and I was concerned that enlarging the hole might tear the plastic. In general, I believe that if the outer casing can be exhausted, the light will last as long as it takes to get them back into something.
