Review on ๐Ÿพ Efficient Pet Hair Removal: BISSELL Pet Hair Eraser Turbo Plus Vacuum Cleaner, 24613 by Tiffany Williams

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Poor suction power. Bad tools. Everything is bad.

I hate everything about this thing. I researched vacuum cleaners for a good 4 hours. All are so expensive! But I'm starting to think the price might be justified for something that actually does the job. I have nothing to say, so here is my list of cons. 1) It's so embarrassing. It's hard to push and I'm not a weak person. I sucked for 10 minutes and when I finished my wrist hurt. 2) If you think LED lights are a handy feature, I'm here to tell you they're pointless. I don't think anyone looks down that hard while vacuuming. No, most people look at least a foot or two ahead. To be honest I also tried to love this feature. But it illuminates such a small portion of the ground that it doesn't even matter. And the lightbulbs on the slotting tool are funny. In order to get good suction from the tool, you need to place it fully on the surface, which blocks the light. 3) This vacuum cleaner doesn't do well on carpets! I have a plush rug that both my dog and cat love to roll on. I haven't vacuumed it since I bought it 6 months ago. I know there is a lot of hair on it, but the vacuum didn't remove much of it. It was also almost impossible to push the carpet. There is no forward pressure as the roller is not rotating. I had to drag him across the carpet. 4) The wand is very inconvenient to use. I wish it could be folded to a shorter length so I can use tools up close. I can't imagine how impractical it would be to vacuum the stairs with it. 5) Vacuuming stops every time he is at least a little in an upright position. This means that if you need to go around furniture or around corners, you need to find the odd corner. It's not that big of a deal, but for that reason it doesn't offer continuous cleaning. It would be nice if it was similar to other vacuums where the suction shuts off when LOCKED in the upright position. 5) He has terrible maneuverability. You really have to twist the handle one way or the other to make the floor spin. I think I'll keep buying and returning vacuum cleaners until I find something that really lives up to its claims. Do yourself a favor and cross this off your list.
