To be honest we got this because we try to use all non-toxic, biodegradable cleaning products that are as natural as possible for kids. Many of these products don't work as well as their toxic, long-lasting, and specially-formulated counterparts. However, the Squirt & Mop product works the same as other products I have used. I only use a few sprays every 10-20 square feet, and a good mop will polish the floor and remove clinging crapole (like powdered milk, melted then dried chocolate, snot, questionable liquids that have dried out and turned into questionable solids). Another plus of this product is a pleasant light aroma (I use lemon-ginger). Many of the floor cleaners I've used in the past have tried to make your home smell like a forest or a flower meadow. This may be ideal for many people, but as I have asthma my unrestricted airways are grateful to the method of not using a scent stronger than the cleaning power. This is one of my subscribed and saved articles and I see no reason to remove it.
