So this is my first duvet and we LOVE it. I tried many things and finally settled on this one. So glad we did. We buy a size up so we don't have to fight over blankets and went with the winter weight. First of all, even with fluff and weeks without packaging I don't understand how it can be as fluffy as in the picture. If only. Despite this, he is still very fluffy and we are so happy! It didn't have any weird smell and it's 100% down with no feathers. We use a duvet cover with it and never see it run off. It's warm and cozy, not suffocating. Definitely 5 stars. Buy it. You will not regret it.
