I ruined one of my mouth guards so having a pack of 4 was very helpful. I haven't tried it for whitening, only for rubbing in in a dream. I hope to see some results or no resurfacing when I see my dentist in 6 months. I have one for home, one for travel and now another for on the go. I didn't realize how much my mouth was being squeezed while driving and hitting potholes. I hope this helps in the car too. I wouldn't mind using it for everyday use and could try it around the house on the weekends, but it's hard to talk to (sounds weird, like something in your mouth).
