Like the performance and reliability. Great invention. I do not like it. You can not go through the scheme that is sent with him for measurements on the mailbox. Not every mailbox measures the same. Mine was too short. The same applies to the protective hook. Couldn't put mine in front of the flag. The door of my mailbox is thicker than that of a normal mailbox. So I had to make a small modification. I put the safety hook on the back so you can now pull the flag back down and hang it on the safety hook while on vacation. Also, the screws could be at least half an inch longer. Due to the thickness of my door, I couldn't get the screw to have enough inches to fit the nut. So I had to go to the hardware store and buy a half inch which works great. I've seen the flag in action. I found it incredible. The postman left the mail. And the flag shows you have mail with my American flag waving high. I gave it a five anyway and the other numbers were due to various changes that needed to be made and one final thought. Make sure you think things through before you act. I've got five holes in my mailbox for my stupid mistakes, it's ok as long as it doesn't rain sideways. I took a picture, even the holes are not visible by mistake.😂
