Poor light gray stuff collapsed in the Texas heat in less than 10 months
They're not honoring their warranty and it's very, very hard, to submit them. I called and they say they will email you the form but no email. There is no way to redeem the guarantee unless they email you saying they will, but they don't. The zipper and tailoring are great, but they use a light gray fabric that doesn't stand up to the hot Texas sun. Ours fell apart in a Texas summer less than 10 months old. The product looks great and wonderful until exposed to the sun, then the fabric becomes brittle.
