I returned this item FAST because I couldn't figure out how to stop the color lights from blinking! The instructions didn't say anything about this and I didn't see anything about flashing lights in the product description. I emailed the company and they actually replied. But before they answered I tried pressing and holding a few keys. If you press and hold the power button, they turn off. How painful. But it's a nice little CD player with radio. I love that it doesn't have a tuning knob that requires you to guess where you are on the radio.
