This is a small change to the Xbox family of controllers, so nothing revolutionary here. The texture on the handles is nice and almost everything feels good. While I would have preferred the built-in battery, the battery life seems really good with rechargeable batteries. My biggest complaint is the very clicky D-Pad. It works well enough but is very noisy. Also, if you're buying this for PC, please note that initially it caused a lot of frustration when working with my PC. I had to update the controller firmware (cable not included) and perform a system update in Windows, but an SSD compatibility issue initially prevented me from getting the latest version. Apparently my Bluetooth adapter which I have used with the Switch Pro and DS4 controllers in the past was dying. After replacing the adapter and installing the update everywhere, the controller worked.
