The people are great, they are very friendly and they have always been very attentive to our needs and concerns. The service in general is very professional and reliable. I have not heard many complaints, but I can tell you that when I have heard them, they have been fixed immediately. If I have any issues, I can call the office and they are very responsive. I have been working with itec for over a decade. They have supported me in almost all of my professional endeavors. I could not have made it through any of these years without it. I would highly recommend it to others.
