Great Handy Tool - Thermometer and Timer

While not exactly "instant", this is a handy and fairly accurate thermometer. It's easy to use, easy to read, easy to clean, etc. I used to use a candy thermometer to check the temperature of meat - that's a real step up!

Pros

This accurate thermometer has a temperature range of -58 to 446 degrees Fahrenheit making it ideal for cooking.
