Mounted on a 2019 Tradesman 2500. Easy installation. I was watching a video of someone installing Mopar, this is an exact copy. Loosen 3 screws, mount and advance. The small screw for the support bracket wanted to cross the threads, so I removed it and turned the screw a few turns to clear the threads. It is held about 1/32 inch by the plastic on the bumper, allowing me to shorten the bumper by a hair. I have to reach down and push on the edge of the bumper to make the step rotate, but not much. The screws provided have a different head size than the OEM, so bring extra heads. Good quality.
