I finally found my pillow! My ear cartilage hurts when I'm on my side, but I snore when I'm on my back. Also, since the start of the Covid lockdown 11 weeks ago, I've been staring at screens a lot more and my neck hurts. It was impossible to get comfortable. I ordered a memory foam ear piercing pillow from another company but sent it back after a week - it wasn't soft and felt flat. The ear hole in this pad works great for preventing earaches and I no longer keep turning the sides back and forth. Shredded memory foam is much softer than regular memory foam because you can fluff it up. The pillow seemed too hard at first, but that's because they intentionally overstuff it and leave it up to you. I ended up removing about 3 gallons of ziplock bags full of stuffing and then separating the remaining foam in the pillow to fluff it up. The difference was incredible. No more neck pain! I woke up this morning and I feel better than I have in 3 months! Also, Pure Comfort contacted me through Amazon to check how satisfied I am and to see if I have any questions or need any help with the product and to let me know that they are sending me an extra pillowcase (which has an ear hole ). - simply because they want to take care of their customers PRO TIP - WATCH THE VIDEO! I almost didn't because removing the foam from the pillow seems like a pretty reasonable thing that you don't need a video for, but they actually have some really great tips on customizing the pillow to suit your needs.
