I am total nube when it comes to waist training, luckily I have my cousin who is a pro, I am 5’6, Waist is 34.5 inches and hips 40 inches, I decided to get a large (I winged it) surprisingly it was on point. I was actually able to clip on to the 2nd row/level of hooks, the 1st level was still hugging my body nicely but in a comfortable way, I will probably need to go back to the next level after eating. Anyways for now I say it’s great, the material and fabric and manufacturing of this product impressed me considering the low $$price here on Ebay, I have seen stores that literally sell the same product for 3 times as much. I would say give it a try, you won’t be wasting your coin on something that doesn’t work and if you don’t like it, the business provides free returns so you can’t really lose. :)
