So far the radio is working as expected for the price. The installation on the other hand, wow. It doesn't mount well with standard plumbing kits, I had to fabricate the brackets provided to mount the radio at the correct depth and height for the metric plumbing kit. The unit does not come with a wiring diagram showing which wire is which. I asked for one and they sent me a photo of the back of the radio. No wires, labels or anything connected to wires. Each of the apps requires an internet connection to function. So if you don't have a hotspot, plan on getting one. The screen is slow to respond, the sound quality is a work in progress and I'm trying to get the clarity and volume as good as the factory radio that I removed. After all, I should have paid more for a better device. .
