I couldn't find a suitable egg cooker. I'd like one that doesn't have a separate measuring cup (which gets lost). Since I couldn't find one, I ordered this egg cooker because it's one of the cheapest. And that's what I got. The pin for punching a hole in the eggs didn't work at first, and the "auto shutoff" feature is just a temperature switch. This. it also works as function"auto-on"! If you don't unplug the egg cooker after you've finished cooking the eggs, it will continue to turn off, turn on, turn off, turn on. Update January 29, 2020: I have increased the stars to three because AE Labs has reached out to me to offer support and a possible refund. Apparently they read these reviews and try to help their customers. I think that is amazing customer support. However, I am not interested in returns/exchanges. I knew I was ordering one of the cheapest egg cookers and that's what I got. I'll keep it until I come across one I really like.
