So first watch the video that explains how to install it. There are some wobbly pieces. But once you've done that, it should be easy enough to do so. Comfort: Very good, felt good on my head. I wouldn't say it significantly reduces the Quest's front heaviness, but it certainly makes it tighter without hurting the head, and that was my goal. Nice and plush to me. For me personally, the side strap added a bit to the overall weight of the headset, but overall the packaging is good. Durability: This is what worries me the most since I've put it on I've only taken it off once and in that time. Upon its removal, the velcro, which appeared to be glued on, began to separate from its surface. I'd say if you plan on putting this on and never taking it off it will work fine, but if you put it on and take it off then I suspect it will fall apart in less than a few uses. I don't know if mine was just held in place by weak adhesive or something else, but it didn't inspire confidence in the long-term durability of velcro. General package: Good package, reasonable price. does what it says If the durability were improved (perhaps sewn on with velcro instead of just glued on) you would have a very durable comfortable headset strap.
