For those wondering if this will work with Quest 2 the answer is basically yes. One of the back pad flaps needs to be cut to make room for the Quest 2's unique top band. There's a piece dedicated to the Y-shaped headband that I believe was used on the original Quest, which one is a little confusing, but it can be fixed as usual, no modification is required.
