Looks like the product has already been used

I bought this product on the advice of my colleague, she said that this cleaner really cleans the stains on the sponge and she always bought it from Amazon. So I got three of these in a bundle because that's the best deal. The delivery is very fast, but I was a bit surprised that these three bottles of detergent are very light in them. I opened all three and found only 2/3 of the contents were in the bottles. I didn't know if they were meant to be like this or if someone had used them before. Then my colleague told me they shouldn't be so light, she said the bottles she got were heavier due to more detergent.
