Ordered at the end of April, received at the beginning of May. I ran into an unexpected set of problems, so I just started using the jar last week. It is a 10 gallon pot in which 7.5 gallons are placed and heated to a high temperature. As soon as it boiled I stood in a puddle, I thought I spilled it. weight Then another puddle. I checked for leaks in the thermometer gasket and valve gasket. I had to set a certain temperature after starting cooking. The action in the pan did not match the temperature. Checked and switched off. Then when I tried to open the drain valve I couldn't, they put the valve back in place. In the third image, notice the text on the handle (I didn't fill it in before I filled it). The handle rotates counter-clockwise so the handle cuts into the pot and doesn't open. Other photos show leaks. This created a huge mess when draining 7.5 gallons. dirt and liquid outside. When cleaning, the stains remained. It took forever to deal with leaks, clutter, and cleanup.
