Wrong angle between the hands

After 3 months we noticed that the angle between the hour and minute hands is wrong. For example, at 9:00 a.m. your arms should be at the perfect 90-degree angle, right? It was more of an 80 degree angle and it really confuses you when you look at your watch to tell the time. Also, the clock fell off the wall on the first impact and it broke. This wall has been hit a million times, and the previous $3 Walmart watch never fell off. A cheap cheaply made watch not worth the $13 we paid for it. I want my money back if the seller is willing to contact me.
