It arrived last Thursday. On Saturday I tied kayaks and other things to the trailer in the photo and we drove 8 hours from Tennessee to North Carolina Beach. One day it rained on the way there. When we arrived the straps looked like this, two were beginning to fray or break and one was rusty. I still have a pair of ratchets from another company, I have to find out in 3 days which ones are 10 years old, but they aren't even like that. I return them to find something else. I have no idea why it has so many positive reviews or why Amazon recommends it.
