I used this set to carve two pumpkins and was impressed with the durability and construction of the tools (definitely better than the cheap ones my parents bought at the supermarket as a kid bought! ). Some of the wooden (non-orange) tools can be a bit difficult to clean, and other reviewers have noted that they're traditionally used to work with clay rather than gourds, so they're not that useful (maybe they will be , if I take it before). Sculpture). That being said, the orange tools worked great and were a great price. The case is durable, easy to organize and a good home for tools as they are not used 11 months out of the year.
