Review on NODENS CAT Hip and Joint Glucosamine with Chondroitin: Improved Flexibility, Pain Relief, and Arthritis Support for Cats by Katie Cordeiro

I have a large 12 year old cat with terrible arthritis in his hind legs. The medication the vet gave us didn't seem to do anything, even after 2 weeks of rigorous twice daily dosing. Before trying this product, Sierra (my cat) almost never went down stairs again, stopped grooming himself (had to make him buzz because of all the tangles and his intolerance to brushes) and spent nearly every hour of the day curled up little ball. under my table. After 3 days of use we noticed that the Sierra was moving a bit more. On the 4th day he walked up and down stairs all day. By the end of the first week, instead of curling up to sleep, he would stretch out, call out for our attention, jump on our laps, and generally appear radiant and happy. After two weeks we finally got to see him brushing his back legs for the first time in months. For me that was the last sale. I will order monthly for the rest of his life or while this product is available. One note: he didn't eat his wet food when I mixed it in, but giving him 2ml with a syringe is easy enough. Also, Sierra has always had a VERY sensitive stomach (most of the medications he has had to take throughout his life have made him vomit at least once), but it has NOT made him vomit once, not even a few times when I I had to give them on a fairly empty stomach. Update: 2 years old and it's still probably the closest thing to a miracle for our old man. A couple of times when I went out I noticed he was down again within a week and after I let him walk again his mobility quickly returned. Now we need to puree his wet food and inject him with vitamin B + omega-3 oil; Age has made his stomach very sensitive, but mixing this joint supplement with puree is easy, and he seems to have got the hang of it. I feel the price has gone up but it's still worth every penny. It definitely enhanced his ability to enjoy life. He climbs up the scratching post every day to sunbathe in the sunny window and is still the first cat to chase me up the stairs in the morning :-)
