Good but not cooked.
None of the links in the chain are welded which is a bit disappointing but doesn't really bother me, if you need welded links look elsewhere. I use them as wrist cuffs with vanilla binding and when used that way, unlike locking cuffs, they are quite comfortable and easy enough to remove. This is ideal for beginners or for those who may panic if held back. If looks are important to you, other options may be better for you and yours.
