Tried Berry, Orange and Pina Colada. All good tastes. It really helps with post-workout pain that can suffocate you for hours or days after a good workout. I found this product based on the Unsupplemented P90X Notice which I found out that the Unsupplemented P90X Notice is no longer available. It works just as effectively. I don't like that it has so many calories and sugar - this type of P90X supplement had 220kcal and 26g of sugar - so Myogenix is better in that regard. It does NOT mix well with cold water - it is recommended to mix at room temperature and add ice after mixing.
