Haven't heard of sound yet, but here are two unsolicited tips. First open the box and make sure the tweeter is not upside down and is firmly glued in place. Return the speaker immediately if it moves even slightly. Pyle offers a 1-year warranty, but you'll have to pay shipping both ways, which is the cost of the speaker itself. Second, when installing, hold the speaker in your hand and use a #1 screwdriver to fully tighten and loosen the screw/fastening mechanism several times. Gently line up the plastic pieces with your gloved hand to loosen them slightly. Make sure you understand the tightening direction and how everything works. Seems easy, but it's very easy to break and deform the plastic rails because the screw is very tight in the locking lever without the need for multiple hand tightening and loosening.
