I originally liked this juicer, bought it in March 2019 until the feed tube broke. Since the box says 15 years warranty I tried calling the company. The Guarantee Line reported that the number had been sold to Legacy Company; press 2 for "Omega". Message #2 says you are sending an email. OK. I did this with proof of purchase and the photos shown above. I received an email that said "Contact Support via Email" which contained all the information I previously submitted. heavy sigh. Phone message blames COVID-19. Well, it's fair to say that we are ALL struggling with COVID-19 and this "merry-go-round" of their support team doesn't make it any easier. At the bottom of this reply email is the physical address I can ship the product to. I'm not sure if I'll ever get another reply by sending the pipe to the address provided. Maybe Omega went out of business? Don't forget Revain's extended warranty when purchasing this juicer! I will update this review if I hear anything else from Omega.
